Our Process

1. Discovery call

After you submit an enquiry, one of our account managers will get in touch with you to gain a clear understanding of your needs, assess your specific requirements, and provide guidance on the entire process.

2. Recruitment

We source potential candidates based on your criteria and conduct a series of rigorious assessments. From the top 3 candidates, you get to handpick one of them for the 5-day trial.

3. Trial Period

During the 5-day trial, you'll assign tasks that provide an opportunity for your virtual staff to demonstrate their suitability. Your dedicated account manager will be on standby for any feedback.

If at any point you feel that the current virtual staff isn't the best fit for your requirements, give us a heads-up and we'll assist you in finding a better match at no charge.

After the trial, you can either continue with your chosen talent on a paid plan or decide to cancel if it doesn't meet your requirements. There's no pressure, and you can make the decision that works best for your needs.

4. Onboarding

The successful virtual staff joins your team full-time, ready to work. You'll be in charge of all the training and day-to-day management tasks, just like you would with any of your in-house team members. This way, everything runs smoothly and efficiently as they become an integral part of your operations.

5. Ongoing Support

Your dedicated account manager remains available for questions and any assistance you may require throughout your partnership with us. We actively maintain open lines of communication with our virtual staff to ensure they are feeling their best and are well-equipped to deliver their best work.
