How do you choose the right candidate for me?

One of our account managers will get in touch with you to gain a clear understanding of your needs, assess your specific requirements, and provide guidance on the entire process.

We then source potential candidates based on your criteria and conduct a series of rigorious assessments. From the top 3 candidates, you get to handpick one of them for the 5-day trial.

What happens during the trial?

Upon introduction to your virtual staff, you'll engage in an initial meeting to align on your needs and expectations. During this collaborative session, you'll assign tasks that provide an opportunity for your virtual assistant to demonstrate their suitability throughout the trial period. Your dedicated account manager will be on stand-by for any concerns.

After 5 days of productive work together, both you and your virtual staff will share feedback, either directly with each other or through us.

Can I replace my virtual staff during trial?

Of course! Your satisfaction is our priority. If at any point during the 5 days you feel that the current virtual staff member isn't the best fit for your requirements, give us a heads-up and we'll assist you in finding a better match at no charge.

What happens after the trial?
