Job Tasks

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, in collaboration with stakeholders.
Allocate project resources, including team members, tools, and equipment, to ensure project success.
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to achieve project goals.
Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project progress and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by implementing quality control processes.
Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Track project timelines and milestones, making necessary adjustments to stay on schedule.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations.
Carefully manage project scope, identifying and addressing any changes or scope creep that may arise during the project.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change orders.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions, to clients and management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and client needs.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of completed projects and gather feedback for process improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital project management and incorporate them into project workflows.
Effectively lead and coordinate remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Measure and enhance client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Certification in project management is a plus.
Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of digital project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Adherence to project management best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
