- Monitor project budgets and expenses, tracking costs and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Track project timelines and milestones, making necessary adjustments to stay on schedule.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations.
- Carefully manage project scope, identifying and addressing any changes or scope creep that may arise during the project.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change orders.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions, to clients and management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and client needs.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of completed projects and gather feedback for process improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital project management and incorporate them into project workflows.
- Effectively lead and coordinate remote project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Measure and enhance client satisfaction by delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Certification in project management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Digital Project Manager or similar role.
