Job Tasks

- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to make complex data accessible and understandable.

Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization.
Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to evaluate the impact of changes or strategies.
- Interpret test results and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation processes.
- Maintain data dictionaries and documentation for data sources.
Perform advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and segmentation to uncover valuable insights.
- Work with machine learning models for predictive analytics when applicable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for business growth.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal data security policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., statistics, data science, business analytics).
- Proven experience in data analysis and data visualization.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Python, R).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
