Job Tasks

Develop creative concepts, visual designs, and layouts for a wide range of projects, including marketing materials, websites, social media graphics, and more.
Ensure visual materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand identity.
Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and artwork using various design software and tools.
Design layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, and other print or digital collateral.
Collaborate with web developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly website designs.
Select appropriate fonts and typography styles to enhance readability and aesthetics.
Edit and retouch images, including color correction, cropping, and optimization for various platforms.
Create custom illustrations and graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on client or team input.
Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure high-quality printed materials.
Create and maintain a library of digital assets, including icons, templates, and graphics.
Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand design objectives and project requirements.
Present design concepts and solutions to clients or stakeholders.
Organize and maintain design files, ensuring easy access and version control.
Create interactive prototypes or mockups to visualize design concepts.
Collaborate with UX designers to create designs that enhance user experience and usability.
Design marketing collateral such as banners, social media ads, email templates, and more.
Use design to convey compelling narratives and messages effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative solutions.
Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
Experience with web design and responsive design principles is a plus.
