Job Tasks

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for SEO optimization.
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and content, to improve search engine ranking and user experience.
Develop and execute content strategies that align with SEO goals, including creating high-quality, keyword-rich content.
Implement link-building strategies to increase the authority and credibility of the website through both internal and external linking.
Audit and optimize the website's technical aspects, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and schema markup.
Analyze competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify opportunities and trends.
Perform regular SEO audits to assess website performance, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
Utilize Google Analytics and other SEO tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
Optimize websites for local search, including managing Google My Business profiles and local citations.
Prepare and present regular SEO reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust SEO strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.
Implement SEO strategies specific to e-commerce websites, including product optimization and structured data.
Integrate SEO strategies with social media marketing efforts for a cohesive online presence.
Identify opportunities to improve website conversions and user experience.
Optimize websites for mobile search and ensure responsive design.
Identify and address any SEO penalties, taking corrective actions to regain search engine rankings.
Work closely with clients or internal teams to understand SEO goals, provide updates, and offer recommendations.
Optimize websites for multiple languages and regions if applicable.
Manage SEO budgets effectively, allocating resources for maximum ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in SEO, including improving search engine rankings and organic traffic.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO aspects.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and SEO best practices.
Certification in SEO or related digital marketing fields is a plus.
